Description

You will lead business analysis for the IT Service Management and Remedy Modernization project, translating stakeholder needs into approved technical scope.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements, rules, and functional specifications from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Develop process models, workflow models, conceptual/logical data models, and business rules models.
• Facilitate meetings to translate business needs into approved product scope and perform scope management.
• Create IT Pre-Project Scoping Statements (PPSs) for management resource planning.
• Ensure alignment with RCWs, OCIO Policies, Standards, ETPMO Standards, and Practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology Business Analysis.
• Expertise in IIBA and BABOK methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping, workflow modeling, use case models, system context diagrams, and domain models.
• Experience with conceptual and logical data modeling.
• Proven ability in scope management and requirements management.
• Experience using requirements management software such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or Jama.
