Key Responsibilities
✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for labeling and printing solutions
✅ Support and enhance Loftware labeling applications within manufacturing environments
✅ Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
✅ Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, IT teams, SMEs, and external vendors
✅ Manage documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and functional specifications
✅ Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and status reporting
✅ Support solution design, implementation, testing, and issue resolution
✅ Ensure labeling solutions integrate effectively into manufacturing workflows
✅ Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
✔️ 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Loftware Labeling/Printing Software (Mandatory)
✔️ 5+ years of Manufacturing Industry experience
✔️ Strong requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience working with vendors, SMEs, and cross-functional teams
✔️ Strong meeting facilitation and communication skills
✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
✔️ Understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience supporting Project Managers or PMO teams
⭐ Knowledge of labeling compliance and regulatory standards
⭐ Experience integrating Loftware with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
⭐ Exposure to enterprise manufacturing and supply chain environments
