Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accurate technical provisioning and validation. You own the process from request intake through to final access verification.

Responsibilities

• Process and track onboarding and offboarding requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit and manage provisioning requests for Active Directory, Office 365, and hardware via ServiceNow.
• Test new accounts to verify successful login to equipment, network, Office 365, and remote VPN.
• Verify correct group memberships, network drive mapping, and ServiceNow profiles for all users.
• Resolve requests within established SLAs and communicate status updates to hiring managers.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of help desk support experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, including formulas and reporting.
• Experience with Office 365 Pro Plus core applications.
• Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory management.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid work authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Okta identity management.
• Advanced ServiceNow proficiency.
