This role owns the full lifecycle of business requirements and product delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit key inputs from project sponsors and identify project interdependencies.
• Articulate business requirements to IT teams using user story methodologies.
• Organize, create, and maintain story maps for product lines, detailing feature universes.
• Finalize solution design by creating requirements documentation and process flow diagrams.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, and external communication efforts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analyst work, preferably in banking or financial domain.
• 5+ years writing detailed business requirements and creating process flow diagrams.
• 5+ years being part of a technical team delivering software to production.
• 3+ years planning, hosting, and running requirement sessions.
• 2+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a product or feature group.
• Solid understanding of accounting systems and proven implementation track record.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with MS Azure DevOps, MS Visio, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Track record of excellent written and oral communication skills.
