Description

You will bridge quality management and IT implementation, owning requirements, process mapping, and system lifecycle activities for enterprise quality platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for eQMS and related IT systems.
• Map current and future state processes to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive system implementation lifecycles.
• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Support Agile or hybrid delivery models throughout the development and testing phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality functions (QA, QMS, compliance).
• 5+ years of experience working with eQMS or similar enterprise quality systems.
• 5+ years of strong understanding of IT systems and business analysis practices.
• Proven ability in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• Experience with eQMS platforms such as TrackWise, Veeva, or MasterControl.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated industries (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Life Sciences).
• Knowledge of global quality and compliance standards (GxP, ISO).
• Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise system implementations.
