You will analyze and document business requirements for labeling and printing solutions, specifically supporting Loftware applications within manufacturing environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with Operations, Supply Chain, IT teams, and SMEs.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and status reporting.
• Support solution design, implementation, testing, and issue resolution for labeling integrations.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements in manufacturing workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Loftware Labeling/Printing Software.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Industry experience.
• Strong requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with vendors, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong meeting facilitation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Project Managers or PMO teams.
• Knowledge of labeling compliance and regulatory standards.
• Experience integrating Loftware with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
