Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize workspace and order entry processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with executives, sales teams, and end-users.
• Analyze existing business processes for letters of medical necessity and order entry to identify optimization opportunities.
• Define project scope for workspace and order entry enhancements in coordination with the executive team.
• Liaise with third-party application developers to communicate requirements and assist in proof of concept creation.
• Produce functional specifications, business requirements, and process flow documentation for development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in process analysis and workflow optimization.
• Ability to create functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience working with third-party development teams.
• Strong communication skills for facilitating alignment between business and technical units.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with letters of medical necessity processes.
