Description

You will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and process analysis for client health teams. You bridge product, client health, and IT integration groups to align systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and request operational resources to facilitate UAT with the product and client health teams.
• Drive the documentation and communication of activities supporting Hennepin Health project initiatives.
• Partner with client health IT and integrations teams to ensure process and system alignment.
• Collaborate with partners to prioritize cross-departmental backlogs and design new workflows.
• Ensure optimal subject matter expertise participation in cross-functional workgroups and committees.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of operational or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience defining user and functional requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, file manipulation).
• Ability to develop flowcharts and workflow processes using Visio, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart.
• Experience presenting data in graphical and presentation formats using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with healthcare plan management and case management software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
• BSA certification or similar credentialing is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
