Description

You will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and process analysis for client health teams, bridging product, client health, and IT integration groups to align systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and request operational resources to facilitate UAT with product and client health teams.
• Drive documentation and communication of activities supporting project initiatives.
• Partner with client health IT and integrations teams to ensure process and system alignment.
• Collaborate with partners to prioritize cross-departmental backlogs and design new workflows.
• Ensure optimal subject matter expertise participation in cross-functional workgroups and committees.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of operational or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience defining user and functional requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, file manipulation).
• Ability to develop flowcharts and workflow processes using Visio, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart.
• Experience presenting data in graphical and presentation formats using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with healthcare plan management and case management software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• BSA certification or similar credentialing.
• Experience working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, changing environment.
