Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver functional and technical requirements for enterprise transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed functional and technical requirements, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Lead requirements elicitation through JAD/RAD sessions and other structured techniques.
• Manage requirements throughout the lifecycle within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Communicate technical concepts and data requirements effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with internal employees and external consultants to support project management processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis for technology initiatives.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficiency in requirements specification, including process/functional definition and use case development.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, principles, and terminology.
• Experience gathering data requirements and applying data science concepts.
• Proven ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and lead negotiations.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within enterprise transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps and other enterprise applications.
• Background in the utilities industry.
