Act as the primary interface between business requirements and Salesforce technical implementation. Own the translation of functional needs into technical specifications and ensure seamless solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for Salesforce optimization.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and system requirements.
• Support the implementation and testing of Salesforce-driven business solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven ability to document technical and functional requirements.
• Experience conducting gap analyses and process mapping.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative development.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
