Description

You will align business capabilities with enterprise strategies, technology roadmaps, and organizational standards. You will define current and future state models and advise IT leadership on enterprise data relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain enterprise business architecture models to define current and future states.
• Analyze business groups to understand operations, organization, and value realization.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to propose, architect, and plan technology solutions.
• Lead diagram reviews and establish enterprise-wide models to inform strategic decisions.
• Participate in portfolio composition and priority setting using value stream and process models.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience analyzing and documenting business value streams, capabilities, processes, and data using model-based representations.
• 1 to 2 years of business leadership experience.
• Proficiency in technical solution designs and planning technology solutions.
• Experience with TOGAF, FEAF, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles.
• Ability to use diagramming tools to produce clear, accurate, and concise communications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with all levels of an organization.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in setting best practice standards for Business Architecture, Governance, and Quality Control.
