You will serve as a technical and business consultant focused on system remediation and replacement aligned with Florida PALM integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and technical requirements for financial system changes, leveraging AI tools to summarize legacy application data.
• Develop detailed documentation, including BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Map workflows, process flows, and data dependencies to define system interactions accurately.
• Partner with development and UX teams to specify responsive and accessible user interface requirements.
• Create test plans and participate in system and user acceptance testing activities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of business/technical analysis experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams to define business requirements.
• Expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and data modeling.
• 5+ years creating BRDs, FSs, User Stories, and ACs.
• 3+ years experience with batch processing, ETL, or enterprise scheduling.
• 3+ years testing high-volume data integrations or financial transactions.
• 1+ year using Azure DevOps for work items and testing.
• 1+ year using AI tools for requirements extraction or automation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
