Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of IT recruitment and client business development in a hybrid role based in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and select specialized IT profiles to match specific client requirements.
• Manage and support hired consultants to ensure satisfaction for both employees and clients.
• Identify and navigate new client prospects and candidates within the IT sector.
• Negotiate terms and interact with stakeholders across the IT market.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Manager or in a senior IT recruitment role.
• Native or fluent German language proficiency.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Deep knowledge of the IT market, including current technologies and sought-after profiles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for client and candidate interaction.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work autonomously with a results-driven mindset.
• Must currently be located in Germany.
