Description

Lead IT strategy and decision-making to align Core Banking Systems, E-Channel, and Enterprise Systems with business objectives. Own the release pipeline, application efficiency, and scalability across the organization. Establish guidelines, policies, and accountability frameworks for all IT initiatives. Manage Core Banking Systems, E-Channel Systems, and Enterprise Data Management to ensure reliable operations. Lead and mentor IT teams, providing technical guidance and project management oversight. Oversee large-scale IT projects, managing risks and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and industry standards. Drive improvements in IT Service Continuity, system performance, and database management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, specifically within the financial or banking sectors.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in complex IT environments.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Banking Operations and Core Banking Systems.
• Proficiency in programming and application development using core and enterprise-level languages.
• Expertise in System and Database Management.
• Strong Project Management skills for overseeing large-scale initiatives.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture and Risk Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or a related Engineering discipline.
