Lead IT strategy and operations for Core Banking, E-Channel, and Enterprise Systems to align with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the release pipeline, application efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
• Establish guidelines, policies, and accountability frameworks for all IT initiatives.
• Manage Core Banking, E-Channel, and Enterprise Data Management for reliable operations.
• Lead and mentor IT teams, providing technical guidance and project management oversight.
• Oversee large-scale IT projects, managing risks and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, specifically within the financial or banking sectors.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in complex IT environments.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Banking Operations and Core Banking Systems.
• Proficiency in programming and application development using core and enterprise-level languages.
• Expertise in System and Database Management.
• Strong Project Management skills for overseeing large-scale initiatives.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture and Risk Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or a related Engineering discipline.
