Description

Analyze customer metrics and data sources to improve digital government services by building data models, managing ETL processes, and creating dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer metrics to fulfill business goals and improve service functionality.
• Develop and apply data models to optimize data collection, cleansing, and ETL processes.
• Create dashboards and visualizations that communicate complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs, perform ROI analysis, and use forecasting to identify gaps and emergent trends.
• Document data collection procedures and organize queries for future project access.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data research, analysis, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Scala.
• Hands-on experience with ETL, data cleansing, and data modeling.
• Experience using GA, GTM, and GA4 platforms.
• Expertise in SPSS, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manipulate large, complex datasets from on-prem and cloud platforms like Azure and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of machine learning, AI, and cognitive service engine models.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, algebra, and quantitative/qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience performing gap analysis, ROI analysis, and forecasting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business, systems, and quality assurance analysis.
