Description

You will lead business and data analysis for complex IT projects, bridging the gap between business leaders and technical teams. You own the full lifecycle from defining system scope and requirements to implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives for complex projects, fostering communication between business stakeholders and IT.
• Evaluate business processes and industry standards to solve complex system issues with users and clients.
• Determine functional specifications and support system changes from requirements through implementation.
• Assess risks and compliance impacts of technology applications on the current business environment.
• Advise senior stakeholders and coach junior analysts to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, System Requirements, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Business Process Analysis capabilities.
• Proven Stakeholder Management and Project Management skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with limited supervision.
• Clear written and verbal communication with diplomatic interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Risk Assessment and compliance considerations.

Preferred Skills
