Description

You will bridge business and technology teams to deliver complex capital markets risk solutions. You translate financial data and regulatory requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze balance sheet line items and translate financial data into actionable business insights for credit risk portfolios.
• Define system scope, write functional specifications, and create user stories aligned with Basel II/III/IV, IFRS 9, and BCBS 239.
• Support Agile delivery by defining problem statements, acceptance criteria, and test strategies for UAT.
• Manage post-implementation support, defect triage, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth adoption.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or technology domains.
• Deep understanding of capital markets risk metrics including RWA, LCR, NSFR, EL, and ECL.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Ability to interpret regulatory reporting requirements and drive system enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SACCR and Internal Models Methodology (IMM).
• Experience with Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
