Description

You will act as the IT Business System Analyst, focusing on technical documentation and cross-functional system analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise technical documentation for system processes.
• Analyze and bridge gaps between business needs and technical capabilities across departments.
• Maintain and update system documentation using Adobe Pro.
• Generate reports and insights using PowerBI and Tableau.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of general cross-functional technology experience.
• 3+ years of experience writing technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, OneDrive).
• Proficiency with Adobe Pro.
• Experience using reporting tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experience with various database tools.
