Description

You bridge business and IT teams to deliver technical solutions and project implementation for medium to complex initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and change management for business needs.
• Develop system documentation including requirements specifications, design documents, process flows, use cases, and data flows.
• Design and integrate technical solutions across multiple business functions to align with organizational strategy.
• Conduct data gathering and feasibility studies to support program enhancements and business process redesign.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) development and participate in IT solution deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical systems analysis or business analysis roles.
• Experience in the Payer healthcare insurance domain.
• Proficiency in developing Business, Functional, User, and Quality-of-service requirements.
• Expertise in creating Requirements Traceability Matrices and Performance Reports.
• Ability to conduct facilitated workshops and create graphic representations of complex business processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, and Visio.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and formal requirements gathering methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in business process redesign for new technology implementations.
