Analyze, design, and implement business systems solutions to meet organizational requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and revise system design, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Consult with managers to define the role of IT systems within the organization.
• Design and implement new systems by selecting and configuring necessary hardware and software.
• Perform feasibility studies and evaluate specific user requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, .Net, MVC, and Spring.
• Experience with enterprise systems like SAP.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Azure or AWS.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and ASAP Methodologies.
• Ability to document requirements using BRD and FRD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with full lifecycle system implementation.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
