Description

You will act as a technical liaison to ensure retirement benefits and services are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Elicit technical requirements and recommend hardware or software solutions to meet customer needs.
• Plan, design, develop, test, and implement various hardware and software systems.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements or business transformation.
• Perform quality assurance and prepare reports for management, including findings and implementation plans.
• Serve on cross-functional project teams and support organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Experience evaluating technical needs and determining system requirements.
• Ability to design, test, and implement hardware and software systems.
• Experience performing quality assurance and data analysis.
• Proven ability to research issues and recommend solutions to management.
• Experience working with SCERS.
