You will partner with the Learning & Development department to create TIAA-specific learning content, including videos, job aids, and success stories.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain knowledge base articles within the technical knowledge base.
• Maintain internal SharePoint websites by publishing news and promoting technology adoption.
• Understand associate needs from contributors and leaders, influencing collaboration technology strategy.
• Survey populations to assess collaboration technology usage and influence the technology roadmap.
• Host weekly 'office hours' and author communications about technology changes and features.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Experience creating SharePoint sites.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Experience creating no-code apps in the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience operating within Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
