You will partner with Learning & Development to create TIAA-specific content and manage collaboration technology strategy and adoption.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and TIAA-specific learning content including videos and job aids.
• Maintain internal SharePoint sites by publishing news and promoting technology adoption.
• Survey populations to assess collaboration technology usage and influence the technology roadmap.
• Host weekly 'office hours' and author communications about technology changes and features.
• Influence collaboration technology strategy by understanding associate needs from contributors and leaders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Experience creating no-code apps in the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience operating within Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
