Description

Lead Microsoft 365 solutions and business process optimization as the technical authority for the Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement M365 solutions with a focus on Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and effective IT solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage solutioning for the Power Platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Advise on architectural decisions regarding scalability, security, and performance in M365 and Azure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related technical roles.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams.
• Hands-on development with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Proficiency in data modeling and Dataverse.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based architectures.
• Proven ability in technical project management or leading technical projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analytics, integration, and migration projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices within M365 or Azure.
• Certifications in M365, Power Platform, or related cloud technologies.
