Description

You will own the analysis, specification, and support lifecycle of critical business systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate solutions, and ensure system functionality.
• Monitor and evaluate solution performance, recommending necessary improvements.
• Support application releases, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions for business-critical applications.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, IT systems analysis, or technology implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Excel, including VBA automation, macros, and API integrations.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as SAP, BOBJ, or BPC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including story writing and backlog management.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and It Systems Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in energy or trading domains, including ISO/RTO market systems.
• Experience creating process maps using tools such as OneNote, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis.
