Description

You support technical governance and compliance for IT changes. You ensure all modifications meet organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT teams to assess technical implications of proposed changes.
• Develop technical documentation for change requests and implementation plans.
• Maintain change management records, tracking requests, approvals, and implementation status.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical and compliance changes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT business systems analysis or related governance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of CISM, CRISC, and ITIL frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
