Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and clients to translate business needs into functional technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and detailed requirements, including the development of use cases and user stories.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system developers and test teams.
• Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by participating in analysis, design, risk mitigation, and unit testing.
• Develop scope of work for proposals, including cost reviews and technical responses to meet client needs.
• Maintain traceability matrices, manage change requests, and facilitate problem analysis and resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in SCRUM and JIRA.
• Experience documenting technical specifications and maintaining traceability matrices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Processing, or a business-related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS technology, REST Services, Microservices, and APIs.
• Experience with feature 4 processes.
