You translate business needs into functional technical specifications and manage the software development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and detailed requirements, including use cases and user stories.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers and test teams.
• Manage the SDLC by participating in analysis, design, risk mitigation, and unit testing.
• Develop scope of work for proposals, including cost reviews and technical responses.
• Maintain traceability matrices, manage change requests, and facilitate problem analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in SCRUM and JIRA.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience documenting technical specifications and maintaining traceability matrices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS technology, REST Services, Microservices, and APIs.
• Experience with feature 4 processes.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Processing, or a business-related field.
