Description

Act as the liaison between business partners and technical teams to define, document, and deliver features for the iBT application.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including implementation details and unit test conditions.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure solutions meet user specifications and corporate objectives.
• Execute unit test conditions and perform basic regression testing in controlled environments to ensure software quality.
• Maintain the traceability matrix, manage change requests, and document existing processes and procedures.
• Coordinate software releases with configuration and release management teams following SDLC processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related technical roles.
• Proficiency with Oracle and SQL.
• Experience following the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of general programming and system analysis concepts.
• Expertise in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance complex workloads.
• Experience with software testing standards, practices, and methods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java, J2EE, Swing, Java Applets, Servlets, and JSP.
