Description

You will own core network configuration, operational support, and incident response for the Sacramento office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain routers, switches, voice gateways, access points, and microwave radio equipment.
• Support daily network operations including troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident response.
• Assist in implementing new projects and system upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation for network diagrams, configurations, and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in network operations.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco and non-Cisco routers and switches.
• Experience with microwave radios and wireless access points.
• Knowledge of the OSI model and Cisco three-layer hierarchical model.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification.
