Translate business needs into technical requirements and drive system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and document detailed functional specifications for system changes.
• Identify process inefficiencies and design automated, streamlined business solutions.
• Design and build actionable KPIs, metrics, and visualizations for operational reporting.
• Troubleshoot and debug data issues across integrated systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a systems analysis or related role.
• Expert proficiency in SQL Server, including managing relationships, indexes, and backend data operations.
• Strong experience building dashboards and automated reports using Power BI.
• Ability to design and implement data flows using Microsoft Forms, Canvas, or Power Apps.
• Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and managing large datasets.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs and automated data feeds.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access and migrating legacy data to modern platforms.
• Working knowledge of Python or PowerShell for process automation.
• Understanding of sensitive data handling and compliance protocols.
