Translate cybersecurity risks and OT exposures into business impacts, supporting remediation prioritization and secure system integration while managing stakeholder relationships and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate cybersecurity risks into business-relevant impacts and actionable remediation options for leadership.
• Support security reviews for OT environments and hybrid IT/OT architectures, ensuring secure integration of new assets and vendors.
• Lead application testing, documentation updates, and process improvement initiatives to standardize repeatable workflows.
• Gather and clarify security requirements, creating clear risk narratives, metrics, and visuals for non-technical stakeholders.
• Track remediation commitments, identify systemic issues, and ensure compliance with technology standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Expertise in IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience translating cybersecurity risks and OT exposures into business strategy.
• Strong background in security reviews for hybrid IT/OT architectures.
• Ability to lead application testing and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in creating risk assessments, exception reviews, and technical documentation.
• Experience establishing and managing customer relationships with business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
