Description

You own the strategic sourcing of Enterprise Technology, engaging with technology leaders and suppliers for hardware, software, and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the global technology procurement category portfolio, covering enterprise software, hardware, communications, and managed services.
• Manage all aspects of IT sourcing processes, from RFx through negotiation and execution of legal agreements for new, renewal, or extension cycles.
• Develop and maintain key supplier relationships to ensure high service levels while securing favorable commercial terms.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders across IT, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity to advise on strategic sourcing.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to achieve best value within acceptable risk, including delivering process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and executing category strategies in IT Sourcing (software, hardware, IT Professional Services).
• Proven track record delivering significant and sustainable cost reductions via sourcing strategy execution.
• Experience leading multi-million-dollar SaaS licensing negotiations.
• Proficiency in the sourcing lifecycle, including RFx, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Knowledge of standard commercial contracting practices and procedures.
• Experience interacting with and presenting to C-level executives independently.
• Familiarity with Procurement best-practice sourcing methodology.
• Experience with Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Microsoft applications.
