Description

You will own the global technology procurement category portfolio, covering enterprise software, hardware, communications platforms, managed services, and IT professional services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT sourcing processes through RFx, negotiation, and legal agreement execution for new, renewal, and extension cycles.
• Negotiate contracts with major vendors and consulting firms to optimize the supplier ecosystem and secure favorable commercial terms.
• Develop and maintain key supplier relationships to deliver high service levels.
• Build strategic partnerships with business stakeholders in IT, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity to drive sourcing initiatives.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities and ensure adherence to Global Sourcing policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT sourcing, category strategy, and procurement for software, hardware, and services.
• Proven track record of negotiating with Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, and ServiceNow.
• Experience negotiating with IT contracting and consulting firms such as Infosys or Accenture.
• Strong financial analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to present and interact effectively with C-suite leadership and senior executives.
• Knowledge of standard commercial contracting practices, procedures, and governance approvals.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• CPM, CPSM, or PMP certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
