Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of IT changes and releases to ensure efficient deployment with minimal business disruption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT releases for applications, updates, and infrastructure changes.
• Maintain a centralized release calendar to provide visibility across all IT teams.
• Conduct release readiness reviews to identify and address dependencies and risks.
• Develop and refine release management policies aligned with ITIL standards.
• Implement automation tools to reduce manual effort in release workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT service management, focusing on change and release management.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.
• Strong expertise in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT changes and releases in dynamic environments.
• Solid project management and organizational abilities.
• ITIL Foundation certification.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
• ITIL Intermediate or Expert level certification.
