Description

You will manage software and infrastructure changes for the project, with a heavy focus on software change volume.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings to gather information on forecasted changes.
• Train team members on creating and documenting changes to minimize submission errors.
• Coordinate escalations with technical execution teams to expedite response times.
• Review change schedules with CIOs to prevent production collisions and manage priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact during critical production deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT environments.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Azure and VMWare.
• Knowledge of Redhat Enterprise 6.x and 7.x.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Operating systems.
• Management of Active Directory, DNS, and LDAP.
• Ability to use PowerShell or Bash scripting.
• Experience with Remedy or ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Partenon, Alhambra, WebSphere, Banksphere, Mainframe, and Storage Administration.
