Description

You manage IT change management processes for enterprise systems, applications, and operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support PLM implementation and system transition initiatives on platforms like Andromeda or Kubix Link.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to facilitate organizational readiness and user adoption.
• Coordinate Requests for Change (RFCs), implementation schedules, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify operational risks related to process and system changes.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and cross-functional alignment discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT change management, business transformation, or PLM implementation.
• Experience supporting PLM systems such as Lectra, Kubix Link, Centric PLM, or PTC FlexPLM.
• Strong understanding of the apparel product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes.
• Working knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), cost sheets, and garment specifications.
• Proven track record of successful system implementations and user adoption initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation, Prosci, or CCMP certification.
• Experience in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ERP, PLM, and product development workflow integrations.
