Description

You will manage IT change initiatives to ensure projects meet objectives through increased employee adoption and usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop change management strategies incorporating stakeholder management, communication, training, and readiness assessments.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, including planning, scheduling, and chairing sessions.
• Manage daily change activities and provide guidance on the change management process.
• Create CAB agendas, meeting minutes, and select appropriate stakeholders for review.
• Coach senior leaders and executives to fulfill their roles as change sponsors.

Required Skills

• ITIL Foundation Certification (mandatory).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT change management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Experience managing changes to business processes, systems, technology, and organizational structures.
• Proven ability to minimize resistance and drive user proficiency during transitions.
• Strong ability to work through cross-functional stakeholders without direct supervisory authority.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable commute of Harrisburg, PA for monthly onsite requirements.
