You will manage IT change processes and ensure controlled transitions for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT change requests and implementation processes end-to-end.
• Coordinate with technical teams to execute changes and minimize service disruption.
• Monitor change activities to ensure compliance with established frameworks.
• Document and track the status of all change initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Change management.
• Deep understanding of IT Change frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple change requests simultaneously.
• Experience with change control processes and risk assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITIL framework certification.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and change management tools.
