You will lead the development and oversight of IT compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee IT compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and international regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments of IT systems and processes to identify compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Manage a team of compliance professionals and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, or related roles.
• Background in the banking or financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of Indian banking regulations and IT security standards.
• Proven experience leading compliance audits and assessments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage compliance professionals.
• Expertise in IT Compliance Strategy, Policies, and Procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
