Lead IT compliance strategies and regulatory adherence for the Mumbai financial sector.

You will develop and oversee IT compliance policies, ensure RBI guideline adherence, and manage cross-functional audit initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce IT compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines and international regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments of IT systems to identify and remediate compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of Indian banking regulations and IT security standards.
• Proven experience leading compliance audits and assessments.
• Background in the banking or financial services industry.
• Expertise in IT Compliance Strategy, Policies, and Procedures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage compliance professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
