Description

Lead enterprise-wide IT SOX and internal audit programs to remediate control deficiencies and eliminate material weaknesses.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end SOX program, ensuring timely remediation of deficiencies.
• Implement and manage a 3 Lines of Defense risk management framework.
• Coordinate with approximately 100 control owners, reviewers, and business stakeholders to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with the EU controls lead to support GRC operations through structured processes.
• Act as program manager for IT compliance and internal audit initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT compliance, SOX, or internal audit.
• 5+ years of direct experience leading SOX programs.
• Proven track record implementing risk frameworks and managing cross-functional compliance projects.
• Strong familiarity with SAP.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Experience managing complex, high-visibility compliance programs.
• Ability to accommodate early morning calls to align with global teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP GRC.
• Experience using AuditBoard.
• Background in the retail or fashion industry.
