Description

You will serve as a Senior UI Developer responsible for resolving existing website issues and preparing the Commerce website for a transition to Contentful.

Responsibilities

• Address current website issues and prepare site architecture for a Contentful migration.
• Participate in a three-week discovery phase to define site functionality and backend requirements.
• Develop custom functionality using React and Form.io for complex web forms.
• Build and maintain enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using MicroServices.
• Implement responsive web applications across mobile, tablet, and browser environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in UI development.
• Experience developing in a content management system using templates and components in a shared platform.
• Proficiency with CSS/SASS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience creating custom functionality with React.
• Solid experience using Form.io to develop complex web forms.
• Expertise in developing RESTful APIs using MicroServices at production scale.
• Strong programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, and PL/SQL.
• Experience working in UNIX and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of AWS S3 buckets and AWS Lambda functions.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, BitBucket, and GitHub.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, ESRI maps, and WCAG accessibility standards.
