Description
You will refactor a custom .NET/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure.
Responsibilities
- Refactor existing HR software to meet agency and constituent requirements.
- Collaborate directly with Human Resource professionals to translate business functions into technical solutions.
- Communicate technical progress and requirements verbally and in writing to project sponsors.
- Maintain and update software using Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- C# 7.0 or higher and .NET Framework (4.7.2+) or .NET Core (2.2+).
- ASP.NET MVC 5 and MVC Core.
- Entity Framework 6.2 (including LINQ to SQL) and Entity Framework Core.
- SQL Server 2016 and SQL.
- WCF/Web API and Visual Studio (2019/2022).
- Kendo UI Controls for ASP.NET MVC.
- JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS 3.0.
- Azure App Service (2 years) and Azure Blob Storage.
- Azure DevOps pipelines and Git source control.
- Visual Studio Unit Testing.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with HR applications, processes, or terminology.
- Experience interfacing with Ohio’s ERP (OAKS).
