Description

You will refactor a custom .NET/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Refactor existing HR software to meet agency and constituent requirements.
• Collaborate directly with Human Resource professionals to translate business functions into technical solutions.
• Communicate technical progress and requirements verbally and in writing to project sponsors.
• Maintain and update software using Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• C# 7.0 or higher and .NET Framework (4.7.2+) or .NET Core (2.2+).
• ASP.NET MVC 5 and MVC Core.
• Entity Framework 6.2 (including LINQ to SQL) and Entity Framework Core.
• SQL Server 2016 and SQL.
• WCF/Web API and Visual Studio (2019/2022).
• Kendo UI Controls for ASP.NET MVC.
• JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS 3.0.
• Azure App Service (2 years) and Azure Blob Storage.
• Azure DevOps pipelines and Git source control.
• Visual Studio Unit Testing.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with HR applications, processes, or terminology.
• Experience interfacing with Ohio’s ERP (OAKS).
