Requirements

5 years or more of enterprise development experience with IBM BAW, FileNet, Java/J2EE, or content management platforms

Proficiency in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), enterprise workflow development, business process automation

Experience with IBM FileNet, Content Engine, document repositories, metadata, content lifecycle management

Experience with Java/J2EE, REST APIs, SOAP services, enterprise integrations, backend application development

Experience with Kofax Capture, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance enterprise workflows and automated business processes using IBM BAW

Develop and support FileNet content repositories, document processing, metadata, retrieval, and integrations

Build and maintain Java/J2EE services, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations across enterprise platforms

Support Kofax scanning, OCR, indexing, validation, batch processing, and document-management workflows

Troubleshoot application defects, workflow failures, integration errors, performance issues, and production incidents

Modernize applications, migrate source control to Azure DevOps/Git, and maintain CI/CD deployment processes
