Description

You will lead identity and access management projects acting as a business analyst or product owner.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM projects by bridging the gap between business requirements and IT implementation.
• Analyze business processes to develop deep functional understanding for client requirements.
• Participate in scaled agile development processes to create user stories and technical concepts.
• Translate technical results into viable, scalable IT solutions.
• Facilitate collaboration between customer business units and IT departments to meet project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IAM processes, API management, or security projects.
• Strong understanding of information and data security, digital identity, and authentication.
• Proven ability to manage API management requirements.
• Advanced analytical skills for handling complex technical and business relationships.
• Strong IT affinity and ability to navigate technical environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
• University degree (Master, MBA, or Doctorate) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
