Description

Manage Microsoft 365 environments and workplace technology to meet roadmap objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks from the Product Owner to achieve roadmap objectives.
• Drive initiatives for efficient workplace management and service utilization.
• Handle escalations, deviations, and service improvements.
• Manage the product and service lifecycle for end-user equipment, from design through to operations handover.
• Automate business and logistics workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT environments.
• Expertise in M365 tools for documentation, data analysis, and presentation.
• Hands-on experience with Windows client and print management using AD, SCCM, Intune, and Azure.
• Proficiency in managing end-user IT equipment including PC, mobile, and print hardware.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently within an Agile team.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• Valid working permit for Norway.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
