Description

You will manage growing network infrastructure and execute various small projects from initial design through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Initiate network plans and designs while providing suggestions for architectural improvements.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure across various technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues quickly and thoroughly.
• Participate in peer reviews for architectural designs and deployment plans.
• Drive consensus on technical views and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and load balancing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with OSPF, BGP, EBGP, and static routing.
• Proficiency with Cisco Nexus 7K, 5K switches and 72XX, 76XX routers.
• Experience with Juniper SRX, MX, QFX, and MX series platforms.
• Hands-on experience with F5 LTM/GTM load balancers.
• Knowledge of VTP, STP, MPLS, and other switching technologies.
• Experience configuring firewall devices from Cisco and Juniper, including Juniper SRX and ISG.
• Working knowledge of network security features including ACLs, VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN, IPSec, and GRE.
• Experience with networking hardware from Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, and F5.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Bachelor of Science degree.
